**** Of the 4 NB Albums I have heard in full since their 2005 one, this one is by far the weakest, the only one without any 5*'s or 6*s for that matter. I get the argument of lack of evolution in their sound but I always said that as long as it isn't broken, don't fix it. I think it's safe to say it's starting to become broken now although many would say it's been broken for a decade. To survive as long as they have and to still get Top 10 Albums even today is impressive considering how irrelevant their sound is now days (Their Singles barely even make the Top 100 sellers) and despite the narrative of them being labeled the worst band in the world by the music community. Anyway I still do like 4 tracks on this, they are Edge Of A Revolution, What Are You Waiting For, Satellite and The Hammers Coming Down, the rest are average. Overall I give this Album a 4, their weakest scoring Album yet (Not including the ones I haven't heard in full of course). |
